Sales Associate

Location: Arlington, VA or remote in the Eastern time zone.

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience. Includes health, vision, dental insurance, and 401(k).

Job Overview

Join RumbleUp, a dynamic and rapidly growing remote organization, as a Sales Associate. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a goal-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on consistent engagement through email and phone communication. You will be instrumental in exploring new markets and identifying innovative applications for our scalable, human-powered communication solutions. Since our founding in December 2017, RumbleUp has facilitated the delivery of hundreds of millions of text messages, making a significant impact across diverse sectors, including government and grassroots organizations. Reporting directly to the President, you will play a vital role in driving our mission forward and ensuring the success of our partners.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets and consistently meet weekly and monthly pipeline goals.
  • Engage promptly with inbound leads and efficiently manage outbound sales communications.
  • Continuously identify and research new leads and market opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide expert consultation on our products and services.
KPIs
  • $100k of pipeline within the first month.
  • $50k of sales in first full quarter.
  • Minimum of 15 outbound calls per day.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven prior sales experience is required; B2B sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Specific Skills: Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Apollo, and Asana is preferred.
  • Characteristics: Exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong commitment to transparency and integrity.
  • Willing to travel quarterly or more frequently.
  • Able to provide professional and references.
