ABC Academy ABA Therapist/ RBT/ Registered Behavior Technician - FULL TIME POSITION
\n

What you will be doing as a Registered Behavior Therapist with ABC:

\n\n

\n\t
• Applying the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help kiddos with Autism reach their full potential
\n\t
• Providing ABA therapy in a center-based setting
\n\t
• Shaping the minds of school-aged kiddos (ages 5 - 12)
\n\t
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
\n\t
• Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
\n\t
• Annual bonus in addition to regular pay for all eligible RBTs.
\n

• Pay ranges depend on experience and the highest level of completed education

• Associates/High School Diploma Track 15.00 – 22.50
\n\t
• Bachelors Degree Track 15.00 – 24.00
\n\t
• Masters Degree Track 16.00 – 26.00

• Predictable Work Schedule!Each full-time teammate will be scheduled weekly for 30 hours Monday through Friday, 12pm - 6:30pm, and every other Saturday from 9-12pm.

• Small caseloads!  Our therapists are able to focus on the individualized care for each child

Expected Schedule / Hours of Operation:

\n\n

\n\t
• Mon - Fri: 12pm - 6:30pm
\n\t
• Sat:   9:00am - 12:00pm
\n\t
• ABC Academy Full-Time ABA Therapists are guaranteed 30 hours per week regardless of patient attendance
\n
