Job Description

Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced SAP FPSL Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP FPSL configuration, customization, and standardization, along with a deep understanding of SAP Financial modules. This role requires hands-on experience in designing and implementing data modules, managing full SAP FPSL architecture, and leading diverse project teams. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure, customize, and standardize SAP FPSL solutions to meet business needs.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to assist in design and development efforts.
• Provide advanced expertise in SAP Financial modules such as FPSL, Bank Analyzer, Group Reporting, and BPC.
• Design and implement SAP FPSL data modules, leveraging developer experience in SAP BW (including ADSO and DSO).
• Manage and support SAP FPSL architecture, including components like Source Data Layer (SDL), Result Data Layer (RDL), and Calculation and Valuation Process Manager (CVPM).
• Lead process effectiveness through strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Collaborate with non-SAP systems to ensure smooth interfaces from SAP Finance.
• Utilize understanding of SAP architecture, including SAP S/4HANA, FIORI, and reporting tools like SAC Analytics for Office, to enhance business operations.
• Translate complex technical subjects into clear, business-oriented communications.
• Lead internal and external project teams across diverse organizations.
• Handle multiple priorities effectively and demonstrate crisis management skills when needed.

• Proven experience with SAP FPSL configuration, customization, and standardization.

• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and componentry, including S/4HANA, FIORI, and Finance touchpoints to other SAP modules.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as SAC Analytics for Office.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
