We are seeking a dedicated staff member to join our team in assisting with various tasks in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and possess mechanical knowledge to support the team effectively. The following duties will range from work on customer sites during all seasons and weather conditions to our shop yard.

• Equipment, truck and general yard maintenance and housekeeping.
• Complete small repairs to tools, equipment and general grounds of our shop yard and customer site.
• Perform regular maintenance on tools, equipment and general grounds.
• Operate trucks, loaders, and other various types of hand tools and equipment in safe and productive manner.
• Operate heavy machinery and perform labourer activities for completion of property improvement or repair jobs.
• Excellent record keeping of equipment inspections, conducting pre and post trip inspections.
• Assist the company in its day to day functions as needed.
• Supply gathering, delivery and installation.
• General housekeeping and restocking of various operation sites with materials and goods. This includes the regular cleaning of the inside and outside of equipment and trucks, making sure the site is left in a clean and tidy manor, and keeping your site supervisor informed if materials and goods need to be re-stocked.
• Attending meetings, various training, and safety courses (online or otherwise).
• Shoveling, sweeping, physical labour, heavy lifting and being a team player.
• Property Maintenance: gardening, grounds improvement, spring/fall clean up, grass cutting and trimming, debris collection and disposal, tree trimming, planting, edging, digging, cultivating, watering, demolition, yard work and weeding.
• Supplement grass crew with extra assistance as needed.
• Perform Landscaping Services
• Excellent record keeping of work completed, service logs and weather reporting.

- Assist with inventory management and parts ordering
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a heavy equipment repair shop or automotive repair setting.

- Snow Plowing Experience
- Proficiency in using power tools for assembly and repair work.
- Capability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job.
