The Arborist is critical in ensuring our landscaping onstage looks great for our guests. The Arborist provides horticulture support for the Global team. This craft helps to ensure the ‘Guest Facing’ horticulture is up to the Walt Disney World standard. The Arborist applicant should have experience in tree production, tree care, tree pruning, and tree moving. The field service position may include work from elevated platforms and confined spaces throughout the Walt Disney World Parks and Resort property. The pay rate for this role in Florida is $26.03 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits. To learn more about our benefits visit: LIMITED TIME $3,000 lump sum available for eligible new hires residing a minimum of 50 miles outside the Walt Disney World Resort area. Bonus payment is subject to applicable taxes and other legal withholding. Disputes concerning eligibility to a bonus payment shall be resolved by Walt Disney World Recruitment in its sole and absolute discretion. The incentives offered herein are subject to change at any time, with or without notice. Cast Members hired prior to August 24, 2025 or after April 4, 2026 will not be eligible for this incentive award. Incentive is paid in one lump sum - If new hire leaves within 12 months, CM would need to repay relocation funds. If a Cast Member who was not eligible for an incentive award due to hire date, classification or work status terminates and rehires within 45 days into an incentive eligible role during the incentive period will not be eligible for an award.
