Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Lancaster, New Hampshire — earn up to ($2217 - $2333 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

  • Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.

  • Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition.

  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

  • Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve nursing practices.

  • Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

  • Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.

  • Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient care and outcomes.

  • Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in New Hampshire with telemetry nursing experience.

  • Strong ability to monitor and interpret telemetry data effectively.

  • Experience in fast-paced healthcare environments with critical thinking skills.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

  • Proficient in maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation.
