Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 20-week contract in Augusta, Georgia — earn up to ($1705 - $1795 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve nursing practices.
Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance personal and team performance.
Contribute to a positive team environment focused on achieving results.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Manage time effectively to meet patient care deadlines and targets.
Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Georgia with telemetry nursing experience.
Proficiency in interpreting telemetry data and monitoring patient conditions.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with healthcare teams.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
Experience with performance metrics to enhance nursing practices.
Strong documentation skills for accurate patient care records.
Ability to manage time effectively to meet patient care targets.
Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.
