Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Keene, New Hampshire — earn up to ($2175 - $2289 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Assist in achieving departmental performance targets.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Manage time efficiently to prioritize patient care tasks.
Utilize electronic health records for accurate documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in New Hampshire or compact state.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Experience in MedSurg nursing with strong clinical skills.
Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation.
Willingness to participate in quality improvement initiatives.
