Position: RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Oakland, California — earn up to ($2455 - $2585 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.

• Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Participate in professional development and training programs.

• Achieve targets set for patient care and outcomes.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.

• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

• Educate patients and families on health management.

• Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.

• Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities.

• Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in California with ICU experience required.

• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

• Proficient in administering medications and treatments in critical care settings.

• Strong ability to monitor and assess patients' conditions continuously.

• Proven track record of achieving targets and improving patient outcomes.

• Experience in collaborating with healthcare teams to develop care plans.

• Ability to document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.

• Strong communication skills to educate patients and families effectively.

• Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.

• Ability to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
