change frequently and without notice. Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours,
distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers.

· Number of Staff – 6
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 2 front office, 2 RNs, 1 Patient Coordinator, 1 physicist
· Type of equipment - Varian iX, BRAVOS HDR, GE Lightspeed CT
· EMR -Aria

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· ARRT
· California State license –
· BLS

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Radiation Treatments (3D, IMRT, SBRT, SRS, HDR)
· CT simulations

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· CA License
