With over 17 years' experience in trauma management, Extant Healthcare was founded and is still led by trauma surgeons. We are financially stable with immense growth opportunities on the horizon.

Trauma Program:

• 339-bed Acute Care Facility
• Level II Trauma Center
• ED Volume: 62K
• 1,300 trauma admissions per year
• 20% penetrating trauma
• Daily APP support

Trauma Surgeon Criteria:

• Board Certified Surgery with Trauma/Surgical Critical Care Fellowship preferred
