Role Overview:

The Part-Time Site Merchant will drive with the day-to-day merchandizing of Pistola Denim

and Daze Denim websites. They will work with the heads of ecommerce, brand and product to

present products that improve site experience and storytelling to support both sales goals and

brand identity. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and planning to help

deliver a best-in-class digital shopping experience that connects with our customer and drives

conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

 Drive online merchandising strategies that align with brand and revenue goals on a

seasonal and weekly basis

 Manage and oversee daily site execution tasks: product uploads, copy, image QA,

product categorization, and site merchandising (e.g., homepage, navigation, collections)

 Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align product launches and promotional

messaging across digital channels

 Monitor performance of categories, product placements, and site search to ensure optimal

customer engagement

 Execute site refreshes in a timely manner based on inventory availability, product

priorities, and marketing initiatives

 Assist in building PDPs with accurate imagery, size guides, fit notes, and lifestyle assets

 Partner with team on shot lists and creative asset needs to ensure products are well

represented

 Review site analytics and basic performance data to help inform site updates and product

sequencing

 Maintain rankings of top visited page - these should be manually ranked and the rest can

be automated

 Monitor competitor sites to identify merchandising trends and opportunities

 Use tools like Shopify Plus, Rebuy, and Klaviyo to manage product recommendations

and site personalization

Qualifications:

 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital merchandising, preferably in fashion or

apparel

 Strong working knowledge of Shopify Plus

 Familiarity with digital merchandising tools (e.g., Rebuy, Searchspring, Figma, etc.)

 Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple small projects

independently

 Data-driven mindset with basic experience in analytics platforms (Google Analytics,

Shopify Reports, etc.)

 Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, basic pivot tables), Google Suite, and project

management tools like Asana or Trello

 Passion for fashion and understanding of Pistola Denim’s customer and brand voice
