We are seeking a Senior Merchant to lead the product strategy and assortment planning for Kids Sportswear Footwear across the APLA (Asia Pacific Latin America) region. This role focuses on delivering compelling, consumer-centric assortments that meet the needs of young consumers across retail and digital environments. The ideal candidate is a product-focused, consumer-obsessed merchandiser with a strong grasp of retail metrics and seasonal planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of seasonal assortment plans aligned with consumer insights and marketplace needs.
• Analyze product and business performance (sell-through, margin, WOS, full price realization) to drive future strategies.
• Translate consumer, trend, and competitive insights into actionable product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Analytics.
• Prepare seasonal tools and communications to align stakeholders and retail partners on product priorities.
• Influence upstream and downstream decisions across the product lifecycle—from insights to adoption.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in footwear, apparel, or consumer goods merchandising in vertical, multi-brand, or digital environments.
• Strong command of retail KPIs and experience balancing intuition with data-based decisions.
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and merchandising tools (MMX, AV).
