Must-Have**


1. SucessFactors certification in SF LMS


2. Support complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.


3. Have worked in minimum 2 support engagements and have experience in working in Validated LMS.


4. Ability to analyze and resolve incidents.

Good-to-Have

2. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
• Work with business team for requirements gathering and C2C process improvement
• Attend client meetings and gather requirements for new projects and changes
• Implement Data extraction service for SuccessFactors Learning data
• Perform SuccessFactors yearly upgrade for SuccessFactors Learning
• Setup RBP permissions for HXM users migration to IAS
• Perform Cloud IAS migration from learning
• Setup integration between SuccessFactors LMS and Downstream application for learning completions
• Monitor Inbound and Outbound files and troubleshoot file transfer issues
• Coordinate with offshore team to resolve SNOW tickets
• Guide offshore team for any issue in ticket handling, process knowledge
• Perform Data loads in SuccessFactors LMS
• Perform Content migration from Nasy server to SuccessFactors iContent server
• Setup Connector settings for data loads
• Configure SuccessFactors LMS changes as per business requirement
• Create Custom reports in SuccessFactors LMS as per requirement
• Prepare and Present Monthly metrics data with Business team.
• Support and anlyze complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment.
