This role involves merchandising products in large volume retail settings such as supermarkets and mass merchants. Key responsibilities include stocking shelves, rotating products, creating attractive displays, and ensuring product availability in coolers and backrooms. Interaction with store personnel is essential, and your physical ability to handle products weighing 20-45 pounds, along with bending, reaching, and squatting, will be central to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandise and manage product displays on store shelves, in coolers, and in designated display areas.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the sales floor to ensure freshness.
• Efficiently transport products from the backroom to the shelf locations.
• Utilize equipment like U-Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks to facilitate product movement.
• Display promotional materials such as signs and banners to attract customer attention.
• Maintain a clean and organized back-room stock area.
• Communicate any store-related issues to managers and PepsiCo leadership.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with store personnel.
• Adhere to operational procedures including scanning and route management.
• Service assigned accounts during designated time frames established by management.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by being responsive to customer needs and building rapport.
• Work independently with minimal supervision in a self-managed role.
• Execute the in-store strategy as directed by Bulk Customer Representatives, incorporating their feedback.
• Exhibit regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
