Job Summary:
Artisan Millwork LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. This full-time role focuses on sales, estimating, and pre-construction tasks for multi-family cabinet and countertop projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in pre-construction estimating, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy and professionalism.
Pay Rate: $35.00/HR - $45.00/HR
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay
Job Location: On-Site
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide accurate estimates for multi-family countertop and cabinet projects.
Review and understand shop drawings.
Handle pre-construction tasks, ensuring all details are addressed thoroughly.
Source and order materials, including international vendors (e.g., Vietnam).
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain respectful and professional communication at all times.
Identify and proactively resolve issues or delays that arise during the process.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Familiarity with pre-construction planning and workflow.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings accurately.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent people skills-respectful, approachable, and client-focused.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Skilled in time management and prioritization across multiple projects.
Strong problem-solving ability and resourcefulness.
Educations and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in pre construction, estimating, and sales roles.
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft word.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay: $35–$45/hour
