The Role: Revenue Manager - Hyatt Centric Chicago O'Hare, Rosemont, IL

Are you a data-driven strategist with a passion for maximizing potential? At the Hyatt Centric Chicago O'Hare , we're

looking for a Revenue Manager who isn't just great with numbers-but someone who thrives on transforming data

into decisions and strategy into results.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Own and lead all revenue management functions-pricing, forecasting, distribution strategy, and inventory

control.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and the brand team to build integrated strategies that drive

top-line growth.
• Analyze historical trends and current data to identify opportunities and risks in real time.
• Optimize channel mix and drive profitability through strategic deployment of BAR, group, and negotiated

rates.
• Partner with the General Manager and Ownership to share performance insights and influence high-level

decisions.
• Be the go-to expert on all revenue systems, including Ideas, Amadeus, and Hyatt brand tools.

Who You Are:
• A strategic thinker with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for data-driven storytelling.
• A collaborator who thrives on cross-functional teamwork and communicating ideas that make an impact.
• A leader who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo to drive innovation and results.
• Experienced in revenue management (2+ years), preferably within a lifestyle, boutique, or full-service hotel

environment.
• Experience with Hyatt systems is a plus (PRIO, Envision, Reserve, etc.)
