Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday 10am-6pm

Pay Rate: $23-24/hr.

Client is seeking a front-facing Administrative Assistant who is a strong communicator and friendly. This role involves handling resident inquiries, managing office operations, and supporting property management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents, answering calls and directing inquiries.

  • Manage daily office upkeep, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

  • Assign and track resident service requests in REX, prioritizing urgent cases.

  • Respond to voicemails, emails, and resident inquiries regarding payments, lease renewals, and maintenance issues.

  • Maintain tracking sheets for move-outs, key returns, and access updates.

  • Process and scan documents, including payments, lockout forms, and delivery logs.

  • Assist with scheduling unit inspections and general administrative tasks as needed.
