Professional Staff Nurse – 7 West Acute Care (Full-Time, Nights)
Location: UPMC Williamsport
Schedule: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Rotation: Every other weekend & holiday

About the Role
The Professional Staff Nurse is a vital member of our care delivery team, responsible for setting the standard for high-quality nursing care. This role involves leadership, collaboration, and compassionate care for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and evidence-based practices
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and shared governance
Educate patients, families, and peers while supporting new staff and students
Maintain professional development and promote a healthy work-life balance
