About the role

If so, we want to meet you. Our client is seeking a Product Manager to join their Self-Service Products team that focuses on the customers ability to activate a device . This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the end-to-end development of customer-facing web and app tools that empower users and drive business results.

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Onsite expectation: 4 days onsite per week

Pay range: $60-70/hr

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product lifecycle from concept to delivery and post-launch optimization
  • Define product vision and roadmap for self-service digital tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, design, marketing, finance, and support teams
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear technical requirements
  • Use data and market research to uncover opportunities and guide decisions
  • Simplify complex processes into intuitive user experiences
  • Drive Agile development with precision and clarity

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Experience working on hardware (modems, routers, engineering focused experience)
  • Balance of both front end and backend expertise
  • Proven success managing customer-facing apps or websites
  • Experience with APIs
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards and user behavior
  • Experience working with Agile software development teams
  • Exceptional communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • A knack for solving problems and managing change with confidence
  • Passion for product management
