Our client, a leader in the pallet repair industry, is seeking a Pallet Repair professional to join their team. As a Pallet Repair specialist, you will be part of a dedicated production team supporting the company's commitment to quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully with the organization's core values.

Job Title: Pallet Repair

Location: Henderson, CO

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

Shift: Days (07:00-14:30)

What's the Job?

• Utilize various tools to repair damaged pallets and return them to service-ready condition.
• Complete all production paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with Production Supervisors and management.
• Examine repaired products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company standards.

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate air-driven, electric, pneumatic, and manual woodworking tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to various situations.
• High school diploma or GED required; completion of a craft apprenticeship preferred.
