Organizational Change Management Consultant The role is remote with travel to Chandler, AZ (50% travel). Experience and background 10 years of experience in consulting/industry with primary focus on organization change management. Hands-on experience in change management and participation in at least 9–10 large-scale change management implementations. Should have led end-to-end change management implementation lifecycle on a transformation program. Practical client experience including planning, design and delivery. Delivering change management and training programs in diverse contexts (S/4 HANA preferable). Hands-on experience in building change management strategy/roadmap/approach, stakeholder engagement and management program, change impact analysis, culture assessment, user engagement, readiness assessment, training strategy/need assessment/plan. Nice to have experience with PROSCI or other change management methodologies. Must Have: Strong PowerPoint, Excel and analytical skills. Excellent time management skills to deliver high-quality work products and manage risks and issues to ensure timely delivery. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. MBA strongly preferred. Willingness and ability to travel for client engagement (50%). Role responsibilities Coordinate with the extended OCM team based out of India. Drive Global OCM Plan + Delivery for the US region. Report to the client’s OCM value stream lead on project updates/milestones and delivery (weekly/bi-weekly) and to the project delivery manager on a real-time basis for OCM updates. Leverage established change management methodologies and tools to execute strategic plans and support implementation, execution and adoption of new ways of working. Design and deliver effective change management strategy, approach and plans in conjunction with the project and client team for the transformation program. Work with senior leadership (comfortable interacting with C-Level Executives) to create alignment to support program success. Identify and deploy communication and stakeholder engagement tools and techniques. Design and deliver material utilizing various channels of communication to drive awareness, education and engagement across the organization. Build a repository of OCM artefacts and deliverables for the assigned project. Additional information Seniority level: Mid-Senior level. Employment type: Contract.
