Role Purpose Statement

To support the Operations team in the areas of Quality, Safety and Security compliance. Collaborate in the design and development of monitoring and quality control, security and safety measures conduct audits and ensure coordination of documentation in these critical areas of field operations.

Main Accountabilities

Safety-Security-Quality Compliance

• Support and ensure the administration and compliance for LSG Sky Chefs protocols encompassing all Quality, Security, and Safety initiatives.
• Participate in training to maintain current requirements as established by the OVC team in each of the three key compliance arenas
• Assist in auditing company standards within the facilities and appropriately record results.
• Work collaboratively with Operations Management to communicate deficiencies and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
• Maintain all documentation required in the three Key Areas of Compliance based on prescribed Company Standards.
• Proactively support other departments and functions as the Subject Matter Expert
  
   

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Previous Experience in a compliance, record keeping role related to Food Safety/Quality/Security and/or Safety Required
• Food Safety/Food Science experience a plus
• Associates Degree or Certification in a compliance related area
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills exhibiting excellent attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills, ability to become proficient in support software platforms
• Strong skills and passion to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
• Team-oriented individual
