On-Site Services Specialist - Emory University, Atlanta Randstad is seeking a dedicated On-Site Services Specialist for a full-time, on-site role at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. The Role: This is a fast-paced position focusing on essential mailroom and operations support, including processing high volumes of incoming/outgoing mail and packages. What You Need:

• Required: High volume mailroom experience.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).

• Pay Rate: $17.50 / hour
• Schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume duplicating, scanning, and mail processing equipment
• Process, sort, distribute, and handle all incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, and apply necessary postage
• Ship and receive products and supplies
• Use mailroom-specific equipment, including handhelds, postage machines, shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, bindery equipment, scales, etc.
• Perform basic computer tasks, including operating MS Office and email systems, and using POS systems
• Provide basic copier maintenance for customer site equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned (e.g., bindery, quality control, housekeeping)

The essential functions of this role include:

• standing for 6 hours at one time

• Mailroom Operations (1 year of experience is required)
