We're currently looking for a National Development Associate.

Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
• Create and implement comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure financial support.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential donors, including individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Research and identify new funding prospects to engage potential donors effectively.
• Assist in the creation of compelling fundraising materials such as proposals, sponsorship packages, and donor communications.
• Plan and execute fundraising events and other engagement activities for supporters.
• Maintain and update accurate donor records using donor management software (Salesforce).

Qualifications:
• Proven experience building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporate donors.
• Track record of securing major gifts, grants, and sponsorships.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field, preferably in a nonprofit or think tank environment.
• Experience using donor management software (Salesforce) and fundraising tools (FundraiseUp). Company Description
