HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Kinaxis Program Manager to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Job Title: Kinaxis Consultant/ Program Manager

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Remote ok but candidate must be able to work PST hours)

Role/Responsibilities

• 5+ years technical program management within an enterprise IT function, ideally at a growth technology company
• Must have Kinaxis implementation project experience
• Hands on experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response resource developments
• Hands on experience in configuration / Control tables in Kinaxis
• Experience & understanding of integration layer of Kinaxis
• Understanding of data model of Demand/ Supply planning applications
• Must be able to manage a team and provide regular updates to client /reporting manager
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to tailor communication across highly technical, business, and senior leader audiences
• Outstanding ability to forge relationships with technical team and business partners

Academic qualifications/Level of Education :

• Bachelors Degree

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $88,000

Pay Range Maximum: $181,500

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
