JIRA Administrator job at Tata Consultancy Services Boynton Beach, FL, US

Job Description

Create Jira Projects, configurations, and schemes (screen, field, permission, and notification). Create Spaces and Pages in Confluence, managing Macros effectively.
Responsible for administration, maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements of JIRA and Confluence. Experience with both Server/Data Center and Cloud versions.
Manage plugins — evaluate, test, and deploy new plugins to meet customer requirements.
Administer JIRA Core, JIRA Software, Confluence, and develop technical solutions using JIRA and related plugins or Atlassian products.
Construct custom dashboards and advanced filters.
Experience migrating Jira projects and data between Server/DC and Cloud instances.
Strong knowledge of JQL and SQL queries.
