As an Instructional Designer, you will empower agents and team leads with the knowledge and resources they need to excel, directly impacting customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Your expertise in crafting engaging learning experiences will be essential in driving performance improvement and fostering a culture of continuous learning. This role offers an exciting opportunity to: Design and develop engaging training materials: Create instructor guides, participant materials, and knowledge base documentation that are clear, concise, and effective. Optimize workflows and processes: Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop streamlined documentation and training solutions. Drive performance improvement: Develop instructional solutions that address performance gaps and help agents exceed expectations. Leverage instructional design expertise: Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE/SAM/Other) to create impactful learning experiences. Lead and influence: Spearhead training initiatives and develop strategies to drive behavioral change and achieve business goals. Collaborate and innovate: Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop creative solutions. Responsibilities: Produce instructor guides and participant materials for new courses. Write easy-to-understand user documentation for the knowledge base. Determine the most efficient processes for performing job tasks. Document system usage and resources necessary for job tasks. Develop instructional solutions (process documentation, work instructions, training, eLearning, job aids, knowledge articles). Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content. Analyze, design, and produce solutions to help agents meet performance requirements. Identify opportunities to improve agent performance through training and knowledge. Lead training efforts and produce strategies to impact behavioral change. Build documentation for knowledge management system. Create evaluation strategies for all learning solutions. Develop project plans and facilitate review meetings. Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Web-Based/eLearning Development, process improvement, and working as an SME. Excellent written English skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms) Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) Experience designing and developing training in multiple modalities (ILT, vILT, WBT/eLearning, blended learning) Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Training/Presentation skills The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.77 to $31.97 an hour.
