Job Description

Description of the role: University Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team in Pontiac, MI. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing direct care to patients in their homes, assisting them with activities of daily living, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities:

Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
Assist patients with mobility and transportation.
Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
Document patient progress and report any changes in their condition.

Requirements:

Two forms of ids
Own car, car insurance and care registration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
