Job Description
Full-Time In-House Painter needed for Spanish Mission Apartments (150 units) in Valdosta, GA. The Painter should have good practical painting skills and experiences, also able to punch units or learn to punch units. Should possess good communication skills, able to interact with residents, prospects, fellow co-workers and vendors.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Painter must be a self-motivated individual and be able to complete the assigned tasks with little or no supervision. The Painter may be assigned work at another property in a time of crisis or special need for that property.
The painter position is considered vital to the operation of the property. A freshly painted unit for a new more in helps to create a great first impression.
