We are seeking a Financial Advisor   to join our team! You will deliver personalized investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals. Currently, we are expanding our team with several hires and partnerships. Office hours 10am-6pm M-F with seminars on Tues/Thurs 2-4 per month from 5pm-8pm at local restaurants. Pay subject to experience. Note: our team are 1099 Independent Contractors

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial reviews for existing clients and participate in seminars to acquire new clients
• Advise clients on investment strategies and other financial decisions
• Assess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions
• Prepare presentations that recommend various financial products 
• Review and communicate portfolio performances to clients
• Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in banking, financing, or other related fields
• Familiarity with investment products and services
• Ability to build rapport and educate our clients
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Public speaking skills for 2-4 restaurant seminars/month
• CFP preferred
• Series 65 required
• Background check required

Looking for someone who is hungry to build their book of business, stay current with the financial markets, and ease and educate our clients during the ups and the downs. We are a family-first firm and seeking someone that has the drive but is life-balanced. This new team member will have the opportunity to learn and be trained(if needed) by the owner, Fabiano de Franco, MBA. His wife Jennifer is the Office Manager and is dedicated to growing The Retirement Solution and Andrea and Brie round out the back office Account. We have been around since 2015 and plan to stay around for many, many more years. We pride ourselves as being flexible and highly invested in our team members success. We hope you consider us.
