Job Description

As a Style Consultant at Simply You by Jess, you will be an ambassador of our brand, helping to create a magical and personalized shopping experience for each client. You will provide expert fashion advice, assist with outfit selections, and ensure that our customers feel confident and inspired.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Greet and assist customers, offering personalized styling advice based on their preferences and needs.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our latest arrivals, exclusive items, and fashion trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Sales: Drive sales through excellent customer service and the ability to meet individual and store sales goals.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the store, including displays and stock organization.
• In-Store Experience: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring each customer feels special and valued.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for Fashion: A deep love for fashion and a keen eye for style.
• Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help customers.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail or fashion is preferred but not required.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
