Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking experienced servers and bartenders to join the team at our restaurant in the Factory.

Two Hands Hospitality is a group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Serving breakfast through dinner, we fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee. We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with restaurants in NYC, Austin, Nashville, and Denver, and more on the horizon.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality. A great work ethic, a passion for service, and a drive to provide the highest level of customer service are essential.

OUR KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one year of serving and/or bartending experience in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environment
• Barista experience is a big plus!
• Must be available early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Knowledge and understanding of a dining program that includes coffee, specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, and varied menu items
• Ability to maintain composure during busy service periods and show initiative in undertaking side work during slower times
• Reliability and punctuality
• A love for hospitality and desire to move up in this industry

WE OFFER:

• Hourly wage of $4 per hour, averaging $25 to $28 per hour including tips
• Health insurance available after 3 months
• A 50% employee discount for you and up to four guests on food and drinks when dining outside of work hours
