We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting business development activities, engaging with prospective clients, and promoting technical solutions tailored to customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in technology and sales, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of the companys technical products and services.
Identify and engage potential customers through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking events, etc.).
Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable solutions to prospective clients.
Assist in preparing and delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as assigned by management.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (preferred, but not required).
Strong interest in technology and sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technical concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (or willingness to learn).
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
Hourly Pay Rate
$30.00 $45.00 per hour
