DCW Cars World-Hiring Immediately

We are looking for a Mobile Mechanic-Dispatcher   to join our team! You will be responsible for Vehicle Diagnostics and Dispatching Mobile Mechanics to customer locations, working with various vehicles and transmission systems. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and respond to mobile service inquiries quickly and professionally
• Schedule and Dispatch Mobile Mechanics based on the job type, mechanic availability, and location
• Log Service requests, vehicle issues, and repair progress accurately in dispatch records
• perform basic diagnostics on various types of vehicles using company-approved diagnostic tools
• Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
• Track Job completion and provide customers with timely updates
• Prioritize URGENT REPAIRS and emergency breakdowns
• Assist with remote troubleshooting when mechanics need on-the-go support
• Coordinate with mobile mechanics to ensure they have tools, parts, and full job details
• Prepare Daily Dispatch Summaries and communicate performance metrics to management
• Handle scheduling, service delays, or complaints with professionalism
• Liaise with the parts department to ensure parts are delivered on time
• Use GPS tracking to route mechanics efficiently and reduce travel time
• ENSURE COMPLIANCE with DCW Cars World Safety, diagnostic, and customer service standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a mechanic
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• ASE Certification Preferred but Not Required
• Management experience
• Scheduling
• Daily Reports/Management Coordination
• Customer Service
