Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Soni Resources is partnering with a dynamic financial institution to hire a Website & Digital Marketing Manager . This individual will take ownership of the company’s web presence—leading strategy, hands-on development, and performance optimization for the primary website and those of three subsidiary brands. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and creatively strategic, with experience building in Webflow, driving user engagement, and leading digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Own, manage, and optimizethe client's main website and subsidiary sites Build, design, and maintain pages in Webflow (hands-on experience required) Lead efforts to improve conversion rates, user experience, SEO, accessibility, and site functionality Use tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio to analyze and report on web performance Ensure consistency in brand voice and content across websites, blog, social media, and digital ads Oversee content strategy and execution for blogs and social platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Manage social content calendars and monitor platform engagement Align web and content strategies with broader marketing initiatives (email, ads, online banking, etc.) Required Skills: 3+ years in digital marketing or website management, ideally in financial services, B2B, or B2C environments Proficiency with content management systems and marketing analytics Leadership ability with cross-functional collaboration experience Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
