THE ROLE

HealthyBaby is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the execution and optimization of user acquisition, retention and performance marketing campaigns. Reporting the SVP of Growth and eCommerce, the ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel. The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mindset to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough performance.

**This is a hybrid role in NYC (Mon/Wed) 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, and performance marketing
• Define and report key metrics to monitor user experience and digital marketing effectiveness including ROI
• Tracks and analyzes sales and inventory performance and makes recommendations on actions to improve results
• Monitor competitors and stay abreast of industry trends, seeking innovative opportunities for growth
• Assess campaign performance in real-time through regular reporting, provide feedback on optimizations to ensure plans deliver on KPIs, and develop insights for future campaigns
• Deploy performance improvements to marketing campaigns by narrowing or broadening targeting, switching creatives, copy, testing platform features, etc.
• Work closely with agency to ensure that ad creatives align with campaign objectives and resonate with target audiences
• Conceptualize and execute content briefs for new product launches and core products including but not limited to emails, sms, paid social, and site.
• Collaborate with agencies to successfully execute all digital marketing, including SEM, affiliate, and paid social campaigns in partnership with marketing team
• In partnership with SVP, manage media agency relationships to ensure strong synergies between media plans and optimization across all channels to drive day-to-day and long-term performance 
• Support new channel identification, evaluation, and testing to help diversify channel mix

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4+ years digital marketing experience in a fast-paced environment 
• A good understanding of Email, SMS, SEM, SEO, Paid Social and Affiliate Marketing
• Knowledge of email marketing strategies to engage customers and drive repeat purchases
• Experience with Google Ads or other online advertising platforms to drive targeted traffic to the website
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and ability to analyze campaign performance
• Proven track record of developing multi-channel digital campaigns
• Proficient and up-to-date knowledge of key social media platforms and best practices
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Digitally savvy and highly curious about new digital trends
• Shopify and Klaviyo experience is a plus
