Base pay range

$48,974.00/yr - $64,890.00/yr

Location: Baltimore County, MD (Onsite) | Option to Work at Additional Locations MondayThursday

Minimum Hours: 8 Hours/Week | Fridays Required

Join Health Care for the Homeless as a Part-Time Dentist and make a meaningful impact in the lives of underserved individuals in Baltimore County. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled provider to deliver high-quality dental care as part of a collaborative, mission-driven clinical team.

This position is dedicated to Fridays in Baltimore County with the option to work additional hours MondayThursday at our Baltimore City locations .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental services including exams, prophylaxis, fillings, extractions, root canals, and prosthodontics
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide preventive oral hygiene education
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Oversee and support dental assistants and hygienists
• Contribute to program initiatives, regulatory readiness, and clinic operations
• Promote high standards of care, efficiency, and patient satisfaction

What Were Looking For:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Valid license to practice in Maryland
• DEA license and current BLS certification
• Minimum two years of direct clinical experience
• Experience working in community health, public health, or with vulnerable populations preferred
• GPR or AEGD residency preferred

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Minimum 8 hours per week (Fridays)
• Location: Baltimore County with option to pick up additional hours in Baltimore City (MondayThursday)
• Employment Type: Part-Time, Exempt
