Position: Male Instructors for a Specific Program Requirement to teach Ballroom/Latin/Country dance (Ages: 25-98)
We teach Private/One-On-One Lessons.
Currently hiring Male Candidates for a Specific Program Requirement - Positions for female teachers are filled.
No Experience No Problem We will train the right candidate
We shave student's taking Ballroom, Country & Latin Private dance lessons.

If you have NO Experience, That's Ok.... We will provide Free training to the right candidate. If you have learned from a family member that's okay 's okay or have taken group lessons, that's okay too.... You have to have training to know our program of teaching.
However, if you have any training in any kind of dance OR your have social danced, its a plus.
- Teaching Base $25 per/hr.
- Sales Commission on Tuition on dance courses:
1st Year+ 15% Commission ($ $22.50)
2nd Year + Increase upon teaching performance
Duties:
Conduct Private dance lessons for students
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their technique and performance
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
Choreograph routines for performances
Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to plan lessons, events and performances
Stay up-to-date with current dance trends and techniques through continued professional development
Requirements:
3 References of current/previous experience in any kind of job.
Valid Driving License Or Texas ID
Must be able ok with background check.
Ability to effectively communicate with students.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with students, and staff members
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
