What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Design and implement foundational systems for scalable Customer Success operations
Build and maintain a centralized customer health dashboard and operationalize health scoring
Own the integration of data across customer success, product, and support systems
Develop AI-enabled workflows to automate manual tasks and improve decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline customer success processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success Operations, RevOps, or systems-focused roles at a SaaS company
Admin-level expertise in Gainsight and Zendesk, including configuration of scorecards and dashboards
Proven experience integrating data across various systems to drive real-time insights
Proficiency with LLM platforms and AI-enabled workflow tools
Strong knowledge of APIs, JSON, and cross-platform integration design and troubleshooting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with Salesforce object model and reporting
Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Sigma, or Snowflake
Background in enterprise SaaS environments, particularly in cybersecurity
Experience managing internal assistants or workflow bots using AI or scripting tools
