Customer Service Representative - Onsite Only (No Remote)
Location: Bronx, NY | Shift: 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

Magellan Solutions USA , a veteran-owned Call Center and BPO company, is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a Federal client in the Bronx, NY. This is a full-time onsite role- no remote work available.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy
• Transfer calls accurately and efficiently
• Follow established procedures and maintain reliability standards
• Provide excellent service to veterans, medical staff, and clients

Schedule

• Primary: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
• Must be flexible - occasional reassignment to other shifts:
  
  • A: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • B: 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
  • C: 12:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma (required)
• Customer service or call center experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to pass an extensive background check
• Military experience is a plus
