Our client, a leading provider in corporate services, is seeking a Custodian to join their team. As a Custodian, you will be part of the facilities management team supporting a clean and safe manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Custodian

Location: Ankeny, IA

Pay Range: $16.42 per hour

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm (M-F) or 11:00am - 7:30pm (M-F)

What's the Job?

• Complete factory floor scrubbing utilizing a riding floor cleaning machine.
• Remove used oil utilizing an industrial vacuum.
• Drive a gator through the plant buildings.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in a manufacturing space.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Good communication skills to work within a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
