Job Description

Position Summary:
As a Tippi Toes Dance Teacher/Instructor you will lead children's dance classes within a local territory. Must have a love of children, passion for dance, and be highly confident in teaching young students. Responsibilities include traveling to dance locations, preparing for classes, teaching curriculum, developing positive rapport with all students and well as school staff.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares for class with provided lesson plans, following Tippi Toes curriculum
• Teaches with enthusiasm and positivity
• Ability to manage a group of 6-12 children effectively
• Regularly promote the Tippi Toes brand and maximize class enrollment
• Actively engages and communicates with Franchise Owner and Tippi Toes Team
• Travel to our various class locations - we are 100% mobile

Requirements:

• Background of working or teaching preschool aged children
• Strong communication skills
• Upholds company brands, vision and values
• Performance background a plus (dance, theater, cheer)
• Tenacity and self-motivation: high energy, self-starter, positive attitude
• Must be willing to travel with a current driver's license and access to a car
• Background check required
• Daytime hour availability (9am-12pm)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 5 per week

• As a mobile dance company, we teach on-site at daycare centers and preschools. It is important that our candidates have daytime availability. Do you have 2+ week days where you are available between 9am-12pm? With the expectation that this role may only have 2-5 hours per week.
