About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive digital and brand marketing strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition and retention. This includes overseeing top-of-funnel marketing efforts, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with regional managers to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business goals. The CMO will also be tasked with utilizing field service software to streamline marketing operations, creating integrated marketing campaigns, and establishing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a proven track record in marketing leadership, with a preference for experience in the B2C service industry. Expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and customer acquisition strategies is essential, as is a strong knowledge of brand marketing and the ability to craft compelling messaging. Familiarity with field service management software is a plus. The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, as well as the ability to analyze customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies. The CMO must be willing to travel occasionally within the tri-state area for business needs.
