Job Schedule: PRN
Weekly Hours: Varies
Salary Range: $17 - $25.50

What We Offer:

• Opportunities to support multiple locations within 150 miles of your home
• Mileage reimbursement for travel
• Additional $5 per hour float premium
• Weekend shift differential of $1.25 per hour
• Evening/night shift differential of $1.25 per hour (6:00pm - 6:00am)
• Flexible shifts with at least 30 hours of work per month required
• One weekend shift required every month
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred (3 months required, 6 months preferred)

Role Overview:
The Nursing Assistant (NA) plays a vital role in providing compassionate care as you assist residents in long-term care settings. Under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), you will:

• Deliver personalized nursing care and support with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dietary assistance.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, collect vital signs, and assist nursing staff with basic health care procedures.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment during meal times, enhancing residents' dining experience.
• Assist with mobility and physical activities to promote residents' overall health.
• Participate in wellness and recreational programs, encouraging resident engagement.
• Contribute to a clean and safe living environment through housekeeping and laundry assistance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory).
• Minimum age of 16 with prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• CNA certification or completion of training within four months is required.
• Compliance with yearly testing and continuing education requirements (12 hours annually).
• For some facilities, additional certifications may be required.
• Valid driver's license may be necessary based on job responsibilities.
