Carpenter

We're looking for a hands-on, skilled Carpenter. If you know your way around a toolbox and enjoy seeing a job well done, keep reading. At our install jobs, windows and doors are replaced, new interior and exterior trim details are created, and occasionally structural changes or repairs are necessary. You don't need to be a master carpenter, but some carpentry and/or residential remodeling experience is a plus. Most importantly, bring a good attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install high-quality windows and doors, including interior/exterior trims in residential homes within 30 miles of Williston.
• Make sure every installation meets our standards.
• Communication with homeowners and fellow team members.
• Keep the job site clean and safe.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Customer friendly and team orientated.
• Basic to intermediate carpentry skills.
• Some experience in home remodeling or construction.
• Know how to safely use various hand and power tools.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
