You'll be working directly with leadership to engage high-probability target accounts, connect with C-suite executives and decision-makers, and generate the pipeline that drives Perle's growth.This is not a volume-based, "spray and pray" role. It's a precision sales development position with world-class training, AI-enabled tools, and a proven framework for predictable, sustainable, and repeatable success. You'll be challenged, coached, and expected to win.What you'll doExecute targeted outbound campaigns aligned to defined Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personasEngage with C-level executives, senior leadership, and other decision-makers in complex enterprise sales environmentsGenerate qualified meetings and opportunities that convert to net sales and revenue growthConsistently meet and exceed performance metrics for opportunities created, conversion rates, and pipeline contributionLeverage cutting-edge tools, sales intelligence, and buyer intent data to execute multi-channel outreachCollaborate with sales, marketing, and client success to ensure message alignment and strategic focusBuild deep product, market, and industry knowledge to engage prospects with confidence and credibilityQualifications1-2+ years proven success in a BDR/SDR role, ideally within complex enterprise sales or high-tech SaaS environments.Hunger, drive, and the discipline to win in a high-performance sales cultureAbility to engage senior executives with relevance and business acumenComfort working in an early-stage, high-change environment with ambitious growth goalsCoachability, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvementExperience with sales engagement platforms, CRM systems, and modern prospecting tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)Nice-to-have: experience in selling AI techWhy This Role MattersYou will be the tip of the spear for Perle's growth engine-identifying, connecting with, and qualifying the opportunities that will define our future.
