Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Cybba, you will play an integral role in prospecting and qualifying contacts for our e-commerce marketing and advertising services. Cybba's BDR Team is a highly competitive, fast paced environment focused on developing a revenue and opportunity pipeline for the sales team which supports the entire new business initiative.

Responsibilities

• Identify quality opportunities through high-volume prospecting and creative outbound methods
• 50 Net New daily activities including email, and some phone & social outreach
• Effectively deliver Cybba's value proposition to new prospects
• Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
• Update leads and prospect interaction in CRM (HubSpot) to ensure efficient lead management
• Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure overall team goals are met

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or relevant experience
• Motivated, self-starter, team player; ability to work in a high-energy sales environment
• Excellent listening, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment
• Willingness to try new things and "fall on your face"
