Job Title: Benefits Coordinator (Contract with Potential for Permanent Placement)

Industry: HOA / Property Management

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Compensation: $25 – $27 / per hour

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Remote Fridays possible after training)

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Job Description:

We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator to support benefits enrollment, vendor coordination, compliance, and employee support during a high-volume season. This is a 2–3 month contract role with a strong chance to convert to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration, compensation, or leave coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now required
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Knowledge of FMLA, COBRA, ADA, ACA, and other compliance standards
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve and process benefits enrollments and life event changes
  • Coordinate FMLA, STD, ADA, and personal leave requests
  • Maintain accurate compensation and benefits records
  • Manage workers’ compensation reporting and case follow-ups
  • Assist with Open Enrollment setup and employee communication
  • Reconcile benefits invoices and collaborate with third-party vendors
  • Support wellness programs and internal HR communications
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
