Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Ballet and tap Instructor to join our dance family Our studio is committed to providing high-quality training in a supportive and inspiring environment, and we're looking for someone who shares that same vision.

Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging and technically strong ballet classes for a range of ages and levels.
• Prepare students for performances, competitions, and exams (if applicable).
• Foster a positive, encouraging classroom environment while maintaining discipline and high standards.
• Collaborate with the artistic team to uphold the studio's mission and goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in ballet or tap with professional training and/or performance experience.
• Previous teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and inspire dancers while focusing on proper technique and artistry.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for teaching.
